Hi, and welcome to our site!
We’re a little excited to be able to show some of the work we’ve done over the last 30 plus years since my initial foray into chainsaw carving. Carving has been a really fulfilling skill to learn both because it’s just so satisfying artistically but more importantly for the doors it has opened forming friendships with people all over the world. We’ve met people from all walks of life. We’re blessed to call many of our suppliers, clients and associates “friends”. I don’t think I saw the value in that when first learning the skills.
We’ve decided we’re going to change direction in life a little now. Alison and I are finally on our dream land. We’re shifting focus from Chainsaw carving toward our Timber supply and Cattle interests.
YES, we’ll will still be available for a limited number of requested projects. We can’t bear the thought of letting down the people who’ve supported us over the years. We still meet and teach fellow chainsaw artists from time to time. We feel it’s so important to help bring enjoyment to others. We see the faces, expressions and disbelief as people view both our work and other carvers’ sculptures.
We supply timber to the Gippsland region and aim to expand our offering in that area. We supply a number of timber slabs to furniture makers and other artists. We supply both A-Grade slabs and timber slabs to suit the Resin/Timber manufacturers.
